Pivotica Pro 150 F90 (hold-open) in floor is a soft-closing pivot hinge in-floor plate (built-In) option for interior doors up to 150kg, providing soft-close and wall protection.

The ‘in floor’ option for the Pivotica Pro pivot hinges is embedded in the floor with a lower profile footplate than the standard Pivotica Pro models. Thanks to its compact size, the Pivotica Pro is quick and easy to install and is the perfect solution whether you are using single, double or floor-to-ceiling doors. The F90 variant will hold the door at 90 degrees or closed and it is suitable for floors with underfloor heating.

This soft-closing pivot hinge in-floor plate option allows the door to be installed with a slight gap between the door and floor.

We recommend using this pivot hinge in conjunction with the Magnotica magnetic contactless pivot door closer.

Corner of door: Maximum door width is 10065mm*. The minimum pivot point is for 150kg is 60.5 mm

De-centralised Position: The maximum distance measured from the axis point to the lock side of the door is 1000mm; the remaining distance, measured from the axis point to the hinge side, is always smaller.

Central Position: The maximum distance measured from the axis point to the lock side, and the maximum distance measured from the axis point to the hinge side, is equal and is a max. of 1000mm

EXCEPTION
*When the pivotica® Pro is embbed on the corner of the door, and the door weight is max. 100 kg, a door width up to max. 1250 mm can be applied. This exception is not applicable in a decentralized of central position.
