A sculptural expression of geometry and balance, the Forma Lever features a single bow motif paired with a slim square rod lever with refined bevelled edges, crafted from solid brass. Designed in collaboration with Smac Studio, its architectural lines bring a contemporary Art Deco-inspired aesthetic to any door.

Each set includes two levers for back-to-back installation, a latch, a matching colour striker plate, and all necessary mounting hardware. The Forma Lever can also be installed as dummy levers.

It is designed to fit doors with a thickness of 32-45mm. Pair with the Forma Privacy Turn for added functionality and complete the look with colour matching door hinges.
